OUR EQUIPMENT Capricorn Seakayaking operate a modern fleet of

1 Mission 490 (Tandem) sea kayaks; 4.87m long, 80cm wide and
weigh 35kg
These kayaks are fantastic to paddle. Being sit inside rather than sit on top equals a dry ride. The kayaks have a nice big rudder which makes steering a breeze. The seats are wide and comfortable. There is plenty of leg room for even the longest of legs. There are two bulk head hatches for storage of safety and snorkelling gear, and of course food and drinks. The kayaks have four moulded carry handles so the small amount of carrying to and from the ocean is comfortable and split between 4 persons.
2 Ocean Kayak Cabos, a large touring double sit-on-top. Sit-on-top kayaks are ideal for shorter tours and are suitable for all sizes of paddler, they have ample storage for gear. For your comfort these kayaks are fitted with quality backrests.
3 Mission Surges, a smaller double sit-on-top, which we use for short tours and younger school groups
